The flexible dual control system allows 2 methods of control by the new SIEMENS touch screen control.
• The large capacity database can store all types of data and recipes; the data can be transmitted to other computers using hard disk, U-disk or diskette. The data can also be converted to Excel format.
• Control and diagnosis of PLC can be done remotely with online or wireless networking. On site production information can be received by SMS thru mobile phone or by internet network as well as optional online video surveillance and storage of important processes of the mixing plants.
• A distributed bus system (DBS) is already applied; it is a brand new control idea, speedy in communication. User-friendly control mode and convenient installation make the whole plant mobile in the true meaning of the word.
• All kinds of production processes, maintenance and alert messages are presented in more detail and with greater accuracy. The control system is easier to learn and operate. The newly added device allows faster and more accurate control on site.
